Spritz Cave de La Côte 🍊

Ever heard of Cave de La Côte Spritz? 😉
Here’s our recipe using Bella Costa sparkling wine.

Very refreshing, ideal as an aperitif or for long evenings on the terrace watching the sun set over Leman !

🍾 3 glasses of Bella Costa secco Swiss sparkling wine
🧡 2 teaspoons Aperol
💧 1 part sparkling water
🧊 A few ice cubes
🍊 1/2 slice of orange

Pour the Bella Costa into a pretty glass, add the Aperol and a little sparkling water. Add a few ice cubes and 1/2 slice of orange for decoration, and you’re done!

Hugo Cave de La Côte 🍋

Invented in South Tyrol, this sensational cocktail is sure to capture your heart.

🍾 15cl Bella Costa secco Swiss sparkling wine
🌼 1 tablespoon elderflower syrup
🍋 Juice of 1/2 lime
🧊 A few ice cubes
🌿 Fresh mint leaves

Place the elderflower syrup in the bottom of a pretty glass. Add our famous Bella Costa, then a squeeze of lime, ice cubes and mint of course! Don’t forget the ½ slice of lime for decoration. Ready to enjoy 😊
