We look forward to seeing you at the Salon Divinum in Morges from 26th to 31st March 2025 at :

Stand N°27

Take-away sales are not allowed, only orders are accepted.
All information about the organization can be found here.

We’re delighted to be able to present you with the first vintages of 2024, a vintage that gave us a hard time because of the capricious weather. However, thanks to the dedication and meticulous work of our winemakers and cellar staff, it has produced fine, fruity wines with a lovely freshness.

You will also have the opportunity to taste our 2023 wines, which, after several months resting in the bottle, have reached their peak, as well as our must-have stars: ‘Morges Vieilles Vignes’, ‘Doral Expression’, ‘Merlot Inspiration’, ‘P’tites Bulles’ and many more.

We’ll also be unveiling our latest creations: ‘Blanc de Merlot Empreinte’, a blanc de noir with delicate notes of pear on the nose, and a lovely richness on the palate, with aromas of vine peach and lime, combining freshness and sparkle. And ‘L’Escargot Rose’, a fruity, fresh and delicious rosé, your ideal companion for this summer.

Our winemakers, accompanied by our oenologist Rodrigo Banto, will welcome you to our stand to share their passion and the secrets of our cuvées.

We look forward to seeing you on our stand !

Christian Streit, Winegrower and owner of Château d’Es-Bons

Thursday 27 March 2025

Saturday 29 March 2025

We’re delighted to welcome Christian Streit, winemaker and owner of Château d’Es-Bons in Aubonne.

With a smile on his face and his sleeves rolled up, he awaits you.

The origins of Château d’Es-Bons probably date back to the XIIIᵉ century, when it was a convent for Franciscan monks.

Since 1927, the Streit family has looked after the vineyard under the Bio Suisse label, enabling a high level of biological diversity to be maintained. The vineyard is located to the north of the Château and faces due south, on a medium-slope moraine with medium-heavy, relatively chalky soil.

Simon Gay, Winegrower , Château La Bâtie

Friday 28 March 2025

For the past 3 years, Simon has been passionately looking after the vines at Château La Bâtie. But Simon’s love affair with the vine is nothing new: it literally runs through his veins. From an early age, he spent his free days perched on his grandfather’s tractor, absorbing the family know-how as the seasons went by.

So it was only natural that he should go to viticulture school. In 2017, he joined the family estate. Then, in 2022, a new adventure began: he took over the reins of the La Bâtie vineyards, proudly carrying on the legacy of generations of enthusiasts🍷✨

At Château La Bâtie, the oldest vines date back to 1982, testament to the time and commitment of the winemakers who cherish them. To produce the Premier Grand Cru, only the best plots are selected, benefiting from ideal exposure and incomparably rich soils.

And for Simon, working on this estate is much more than a job: it’s a privilege. Every day, he cultivates his vines in a spectacular setting, where the beauty of the landscape rivals the excellence of the wine.

Rodrigo Banto, Oenologist at Cave de La Côte

Monday 31 st March 2025

Rodrigo Banto, an agricultural engineer specialising in viticulture and oenology, has been the oenologist in charge at Cave de La Côte since 2003.

FINESSE AND BALANCE. It has sometimes been said that Rodrigo Banto has a New World style of wine. But in fact he achieves the perfect symbiosis between the old and the new. His perpetual quest for balance means that he retains a fine acidity in his crus to lighten their rich fruitiness.

“I like finesse, drinkability and elegance.”

Gault & Millau
