2024 is a year of success for our wines: our awards.
Today, we’re proud to announce that our cellar has been named the best organic Swiss cellar 2024. And that’s not all, because we’ve also been awarded a whole host of medals!
At Cave de La Côte, we have always been committed to producing exceptional wines that reflect the art and passion of wine. We’re proud of our history, but we’re also looking to the future of wine in a sustainable and innovative way, for the pleasure of all wine lovers.
Chasselas World Champion and Press Favourite
It was Thursday 27 June 2024 in Aigle: our Chasselas “Morges Tradition” vintage 2023 was crowned “World Champion of Chasselas” by winning the main category. This is the 3rdᵉ time we have been awarded this prestigious title after our successes in 2016 and 2018.
Our Chasselas “Nyon Vieilles Vignes Esprit Terroir” 2023 was also awarded the Prix Coup de Cœur de la Presse.
In addition, our Château La Batie Premier Grand Cru Vinzel AOC 2015 vintage was awarded a gold medal in the Old Vintages category.

BioVino: we are the Best Swiss Organic Winery 2024 and Le B Chasselas is the Best Swiss Organic Wine 2024
- Our “B chasselas Bio” vintage 2022 won the prize for “Best Swiss Organic Chasselas 2024“, a title we had already won the previous year, and was also crowned “best wine of the competition”, all categories combined among the 405 wines presented at this 6ᵉ edition.
- What’s more, we were named Best Swiss Organic Winery 2024, thanks to the cumulative scores achieved by our wines (B Chasselas Bio + L’Aguillage Cuvée des Pèdzes 2022 red blend).

Sélection des Vins Vaudois
We won the title of “Best Vaud sparkling wine” with P’tites Bulles and are the “3ᵉ most medal-winning winery at the competition”.

On Tuesday 2 July 2024 in Morges, our organic sparkling wine P’tites Bulles won the sparkling wine category, a title we have already won several times, and we were ranked 3ᵉ most medal-winning winery in the competition.
Mondial du Pinot Noir: we’re on the third step of the podium!
The quality of our red wines is also recognised!
Indeed, at the prestigious Mondial du Pinot Noir, held on Thursday 27 June in Basel, our Servagnin, 2020, 2021 and 2022 vintages, was honoured with a superb 3ᵉ place as “Grand Maestro du Pinot Noir“. And that’s not all, it just goes to show the excellence of our work and the unique expertise of our winemakers.
Our congratulations go to our winegrower-members and to our technical team led by Rodrigo.
