Clémence Sother
Clémence Sother, owner and qualified sommelier, will introduce you to the star wine of the Château de Malessert in Perroy, founded in 996.
Don’t miss out on the secrets of the Chasselas Premier Grand Cru, which will be shared during Clémence’s visit to Divinum on Thursday 21 March 2024 (18:00-22:00).
Christian Streit
We are delighted to welcome Christian Streit, winemaker and owner of Château d’Es-Bons in Aubonne.
With a smile on his lips and his sleeves rolled up, he looks forward to seeing you on Friday 22 March 2024 (5pm-10pm).
Wine tastings
Our team is looking forward to introducing you to our various ranges, including our organic wines “Cuvée des Pèdzes” with its four wines with Vaudois accents, as well as “P’tites Bulles“, a sparkling pleasure from nature. Our exceptional barrel-aged cuvées, including the ‘Inspiration’, ‘Galotta‘ and ‘Divico‘ ‘Cuvée 0‘ ranges, will also be on show, as eloquently as ever.
We’ll also be unveiling our latest creation: ‘Rosé Absolu‘.
But we’ll also be showcasing the wines that recently received top marks from the famous Robert Parker Wine Advocate:

The restaurant will close 1 hour 30 after the end of the exhibition.
