Escargot Rosé Original est un rosé vaudois issu d’un assemblage de Gamay, Gamaret, Garanoir et Merlot. Il présente une robe d’intensité moyenne à pâle aux reflets violacés, un nez sur les petits fruits rouges et le pamplemousse, puis une bouche fraîche, fruitée et gourmande. À servir entre 8 et 10°C à l’apéritif, avec des salades ou des grillades.
